Connecting From HomeIf you do not have Citrix installed, you need to go http://www.citrix.com/English/SS/downloads/details.asp?dID=2755&downloadID=164538&pID=186#top and click on Download here for the Client Package Version 10.0 
Now click on Run and Click next until it asks you what you want installed, from Here Select Program Neighborhood Agent and select Entire Feature Not Available. Then click on next all the way through the rest of the setup. It will then ask you to reboot your computer, click on Yes to reboot. After reboot, go to my.palmertrucks.com and click on Employee Access. From here click on Citrix Login and now you will need to put in your username and your password.
