Connecting Remotely
Download Citrix (you must have an internet connection)
(http://www.citrix.com/English/ss/downloads/details.asp?downloadId=1681207&productId=186&c1=sot2755#top ) Click on the above link and then Click on the XenApp Plugin for Hosted Apps – Version 11.000 Download Link

Click on run or save… if you click run, the program should automatically launch after it has been downloaded. If you click on save, you will then have to browse your computer to save the file somewhere. (Be sure that you know where you are saving this file and you will need to get to it later)
Install
Citrix
After the download is complete, double-click the file and begin the install (or if you clicked run in the previous step your file will automatically launch)
First screen, make sure English is selected then click on OK
Second screen, click next
Third screen, you will need to accept the license agreement then click on next
Forth screen, you will need to change the selections of what will be installed, view screenshot below:

You want your screen to look just like this: to deselect an item click on the small down arrow next to the word, then select “Entire feature will be unavailable”. Then click on “Next” through the rest of the setup. Then finally click on finish.
Connect
to PalmerTrucks
Go to http://my.palmertrucks.com
Click on Employee Access
Click on Citrix Login
Enter your username and password – Hit Enter
Click on Desktop and it will then connect you to our servers
